13% alc/vol. Bottle # 5122 out of 30.500.

Information from the producer concerning the 1998 vintage - should be similar for 2001: 50% Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz each. Average age of vines 25 years. Average annual yield 42 hl/ha. After crushing and destemming, the grapes were placed in stone lagares (tanks) and trodden intensely for 6 days and 4 days of traditional maceration in stainless steel tanks at constant fermentation temperatures of 28ºC. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in casks of French oak (Allier); Portuguese oak and American oak.
